Return & Refund Policy

At Clovastra, we strive to deliver quality products and a smooth customer experience. As a growing independent business, every order is handled with care and attention.
 
To maintain fairness and prevent misuse, we follow the return and refund policy outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
 

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns or refunds are accepted only in the following situations:
  • The product received is damaged, defective, or misprinted
  • The wrong product or wrong size was shipped by Clovastra
To be eligible for a return/refund request:
  • The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
  • The product must remain unused, unwashed, and unaltered
  • The original packaging must be available and intact wherever applicable

 

2. Proof Requirement (Mandatory)

To process any return or refund request, customers must provide valid proof including:
  • An unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened
  • Clear images of:
    • The defective/damaged/incorrect product
    • The original packaging

Important:
  • Claims submitted without sufficient proof may be rejected
  • The unboxing video is mandatory for damaged, defective, or missing-item claims

 

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Situations

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Minor variations in color, print placement, or appearance caused by screen/display differences
  • Requests raised after 3 days of delivery
  • Products that appear used, washed, damaged after delivery, or altered in any manner

 

4. Wrong Product or Wrong Size Sent by Clovastra

If Clovastra ships:
  • The wrong product, or
  • The wrong size
customers will be eligible for a return/refund provided that:
  • The request is raised within 3 days of delivery
  • Valid proof is submitted
  • The product remains unused and in original condition

 

5. Refund Process

Once a request is reviewed and approved:
  • Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method used during purchase
  • Refund processing may take approximately 5–7 business days depending on the payment provider or bank
  • Customers will be notified once the refund has been initiated

 

6. Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to an error on our part, including:
  • Wrong product shipped
  • Wrong size shipped by Clovastra
  • Damaged or defective product
we will assist with return logistics or compensate for reasonable return shipping charges wherever applicable.
 
In all other situations, returns are not applicable.
 

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer product exchanges.
Customers are requested to carefully review sizing and product details before placing an order.
 

8. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
 
As orders begin processing shortly after confirmation, customers are advised to review all order details carefully before making payment.
 
Orders placed during Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM IST, are generally processed faster during active business hours.
 

9. Shipping & Delivery Notes

Clovastra works with third-party logistics providers such as Delhivery and other courier partners for shipping and delivery.
 
While we strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, delivery timelines after dispatch are managed by the respective courier provider.
 
Clovastra shall not be held responsible for courier-related transit delays, regional restrictions, weather disruptions, or unforeseen logistics issues once the order has been shipped.
 

10. Important Notes

  • The unboxing video is mandatory for all damage-related claims
  • Products must not be used, washed, or altered
  • We reserve the right to reject any request that does not satisfy the conditions mentioned in this policy
  • Abuse or misuse of the return/refund system may result in refusal of future service
